Upcoming Professional Learning
CRLP Imperial offers professional learning that strengthens educator knowledge, instructional practice, and leadership. Opportunities may be open to individual educators, offered through a regional cohort, or developed in partnership with a school or district.
Availability varies by program, audience, schedule, and regional capacity. Review current CRLP Imperial institutes, study sessions, Communities of Practice, and leadership opportunities.

Housed at the ºÚÁÏÉçÇø, CRLP Imperial provides literacy and language professional learning, develops Teacher Leaders, and partners with schools and districts across Imperial County.

Abel Juarez
Curriculum Coordinator
Abel Juarez has served as an ºÚÁÏÉçÇø Curriculum Coordinator since 2021 and a CRLP Regional Director since 2022. His work includes history-social science, literacy, ELD, coaching, adult learning, district partnerships, and cross-content language development.
Veronica Cervantes
Curriculum Coordinator
Veronica Cervantes is an ºÚÁÏÉçÇø Curriculum Coordinator and former CRLP Teacher Leader. Her work includes PK-3 literacy, English learner programs, professional learning, and regional literacy initiatives.
